CURRENCY/PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept several methods of payment. No matter what method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our site will be 100% secure. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

CREDIT CARDS

  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

TAXES

  • HST is charged on shipments to HST provinces. Customers in the rest of Canada pay only GST.

SHIPPING

  • The Shipping timelines provided at checkout reflect transit courier times, and do not include order processing time.
  • Processing time to fulfill orders takes approximately 1- 3 business days, in addition to the courier transit times listed at checkout.
  • Shipping timelines are approximations and are not guaranteed. We do not provide refunds for courier-related delays.  
  • Free shipping offers are calculated based on your total after discounts are applied, and before taxes. 
  • Please note that there have been COVID-19 courier and supplier shipment delays across the country, which may result in transit delays. 

SHIPPING DETAILS & LOCATIONS

  • For orders $75 and above (pre-tax if applicable), Cornerstone FUNdamentals offers free shipping for all US purchases including Hawaii and Alaska. Also watch for promotional offers on way to save on shipping.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time - but look forward to in the near future!

TRACKING ORDER STATUS

  • You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase, and will also receive an email when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

  • Occasionally due to popularity of an item, a product is placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. This happens very rarely, and when it does, you will be notified immediately by our customer support.

ORDER OPTIONS

  • Please email requests for school solid colors or a solid color preference not seen in our Stocket Pocket inventory that’s available. We will respond in a timely manner to get further information to determine  if the request can be fulfilled and the fulfillment turn around time. We try our best to accommodate requests. 

RETURN POLICY

  • Cornerstone Fundamentals offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. We strive to ensure mindfully designed, created & curated childrens products and want you to be happy with your purchase. For any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, you can return it for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We will accept return requests for items that have not been used or worn, and the product is still in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item. Please contact customer support: Cornerstonefundamentals@gmail.com.
  • Please note for returning purchases, that shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Any product returned must be in its original packaging (or similar re-packaging to ensure product condition is preserved, and mailed with the invoice).

 

RETURN SHIPPING

  • You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
  • Keep in mind if returning with different packaging than the original the shipping price may be higher than your original shipping costs and may prevent a successful return. We do not provide refunds for courier-related delays or unsuccessful returns.

EXCHANGES

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email Cornerstonefundamentals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product, and with a photo of the product(s) condition, to begin the process.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • If an item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
