RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Cornerstone Fundamentals offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. We strive to ensure mindfully designed, created & curated children’s products and want you to be happy with your purchase. For any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, you can return it for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We will accept return requests for items that have not been used or worn, and the product is still in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 7 days of the date you received your item. Please contact customer support: Service@cornerstoneFUN.com
- Please note for returning purchases, that shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Any product returned must be in its original packaging (or similar re-packaging to ensure product condition is preserved, and mailed with the invoice).
RETURN SHIPPING
- You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
- Keep in mind if returning with different packaging than the original the shipping price may be higher than your original shipping costs and may prevent a successful return. We do not provide refunds for courier-related delays or unsuccessful returns.
EXCHANGES
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email Service@cornerstoneFUN.com within 3 days of receiving your product, and with a photo of the product(s) condition, and any additional information to begin the review process.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
- If an item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
